Privacy Policy
This policy explains the current WebToolsHub application and the choices you have when using it.
Last updated: September 30, 2026
Information we handle
You can use the tools without an account. The application does not operate a file-upload backend or intentionally store your tool inputs on a WebToolsHub server. Visiting the site still sends ordinary connection information—such as IP address, requested URL and browser headers—to the hosting/network infrastructure needed to deliver it. Do not put sensitive information in URLs.
Local file and browser processing
PDF, image, document, text, developer, calculator, converter, QR and label-generation operations process the files and inputs you select in your browser. Their processing code and codecs are served with the site. These operations do not upload your selected files to WebToolsHub or the lookup services below. Results remain in browser memory until replaced, reset or the page is closed; downloads are saved by your browser to your device. Device memory, browser recovery features and software outside this site are not controlled by WebToolsHub.
Network/API-based tools
The IP Address Checker contacts api.ipify.org when you request a check. DNS Lookup sends the domain and selected record type to Google Public DNS at dns.google. WHOIS Lookup sends the domain to its IANA-listed HTTPS RDAP registry. These services receive the query and your public IP address and apply their own policies. Requests omit credentials and referrer information. No selected files are sent with these lookups. Do not query confidential or internal domain names if you do not want them disclosed.
Information you provide by email
If you email meldiinfotech1@gmail.com, we receive your email address, message and attachments through Gmail and use them to respond, investigate issues and handle requests. The site has no contact-submission form. Please redact personal/customer information and never send credentials.
Cookies, local storage and preferences
The application currently sets no cookies. It uses localStorage under the key “theme” to remember your light/dark preference. That value is not sent to our server and remains until replaced or cleared in your browser settings. No sessionStorage, user account, tool-history database or advertising identifier is used by the application. You can clear or block site storage; tools remain usable, but your theme choice may not persist.
Advertising and analytics
No Google AdSense, advertising network, analytics tracker or third-party advertising script is active. Development versions can display non-interactive test placeholders; the public production build hides them. We do not sell tool inputs or send them to advertisers. If real Google AdSense or analytics is introduced, this policy will be updated and any required consent controls will be implemented before those services are activated.
Third parties and international use
Hosting providers, your email provider, Gmail and the lookup services you choose to use may process connection or contact information in countries other than yours. Their own policies and applicable safeguards govern their processing. WebToolsHub cannot set their retention periods. External website links are governed by those sites’ policies. Local file processing does not by itself prevent ordinary site delivery requests.
Purpose, retention and security
We use connection information to deliver and protect the site and correspondence to answer or investigate your request. We retain support correspondence only as reasonably necessary for that purpose, follow-up, security and applicable obligations; you may ask for deletion. Hosting logs, if enabled by the deployment provider, have provider-specific retention and access settings. We do not retain a server copy of locally processed files. Local processing and browser security controls reduce exposure but do not guarantee security, confidentiality or recovery of your work.
Your choices and rights
You can avoid external lookups, clear local storage, delete downloaded files and choose what to include in email. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of personal information, object, obtain a copy, withdraw consent where consent is used, or complain to a relevant supervisory authority. Contact meldiinfotech1@gmail.com to make a request. We may need proportionate information to verify and respond; we cannot retrieve files that were processed only on your device. These rights can have legal limits.
Children’s privacy
WebToolsHub is a general-purpose utility, not a service directed at children. We do not knowingly solicit children’s personal information. A parent or guardian who believes a child has sent personal information to our support mailbox can contact us to request review and deletion where appropriate.
Changes and contact
We will update this page when our practices change and identify the revised date. For privacy questions or requests, contact WebToolsHub at meldiinfotech1@gmail.com.
